DOYLESTOWN, PA — Healthcom Media publisher of American Nurse Journal, the official peer-reviewed journal of the American Nurses Association, recently announced the winners of the 2023 All Pro Nursing Team Awards.
American Nurse Journal celebrates the dedication, commitment, patient advocacy, and clinical expertise of all nurses, and as part of our mission to celebrate nurses, we honor top-performing nursing teams as we gear up to celebrate Nurses Month in May. The All Pro Nursing Team Awards recognize some of the best nursing professionals in the United States based on several professional criteria, including communication, responsiveness, and adaptability, as well as demonstrating a winning formula that drives optimal patient outcomes.
A panel of American Nurse Journal editorial staff and nursing professionals evaluated the entries. Each entry told a compelling story of teamwork, dedication and outstanding patient care, making our final decision difficult.
Teams provided narratives that illustrate extraordinary performance that sets them apart and helps them support each other while achieving measurable outcomes that exceeds the needs of their patients. Entries represented a spectrum of nursing organizations, from regional healthcare systems and academic institutions to acute care facilities and start-up nurse-led services. Applications provided deep analysis, as well as practical results for learning opportunities, resulting in a rewarding and challenging decision-making process for the evaluation panel.
After careful consideration by our panel, the winner for 2023 is the Boston Children’s Hospital HART Program.
