American Nurse Journal Announces Winners of the 2024 All Pro Nursing Team Award

DOYLESTOWN, PA — Healthcom Media, publisher of American Nurse Journal, the official peer-reviewed journal of the American Nurses Association, recently announced the winners of the 2024 All Pro Nursing Team Awards.

At American Nurse Journal, we’re dedicated to supporting nurses. We applaud their clinical expertise and their commitment to patient advocacy. Each year, as part of Nurses Week celebrations, we highlight top-performing nursing teams via our All Pro Nursing Team Awards. Teams from across the country submit applications that describe projects aimed at improving patient care and enhancing nurses’ work environments.

As American Nurse Journal editorial staff and nursing professionals evaluated this year’s entries, they read about efforts to lower infection rates, decrease catheter days, reduce hospital stays, enhance patient mobility, and address depression among patients in cardiac rehabilitation. Some projects focused exclusively on enhancing nurse engagement, addressing retention, helping nurses and other healthcare staff find opportunities for stress relief and self-care. Ultimately, each entry told a story of a team dedicated to ensuring the best possible care for patients. In addition to narratives explaining the research and methods of their projects, the applications included concrete evidence of positive outcomes.

The high level of this year’s applications proved both rewarding and challenging for the evaluation panel. However, after several days of review and discussion, they made their final selections.

The winner of the 2024 All Pro Nursing Team Award is the HMH Raritan Bay Medical Center Intensive Care Unit.
